It’s the end of 2024 and I bring to you the last mortgage rate update for this year.

This week’s episode includes an example of my Cost of Waiting report which factors in projected appreciation rates and forecasted mortgage rates. Seattle area Real Estate Broker, Kim Mulligan, posted this on Facebook a couple of days ago regarding a recent listing:
