King, Pierce and Snohomish Counties, the loan limits are:

  • 2 Unit: $1,327,950
  • 3 Unit: $1,605,200
  • 4 Unit: $1,994,850

Chelan County:

  • 1 Unit: $546,250
  • 2 Unit: $699,300
  • 3 Unit: $845,300
  • 4 Unit: $1,050,500

Clark County:

  • 1 Unit: $695,750
  • 2 Unit: $890,700
  • 3 Unit: $1,076,650
  • 4 Unit: $1,338,000

Douglas County:

  • 1 Unit: $546,250
  • 2 Unit: $699,300
  • 3 Unit: $845,300
  • 4 Unit: $1,050,500

Island County:

  • 1 Unit: $603,750
  • 2 Unit: $772,900
  • 3 Unit: $934,250
  • 4 Unit: $1,161,050

Kitsap County:

  • 1 Unit: $575,000
  • 2 Unit: $736,100
