Late Thursday night, I returned home from a three week vacation in Italy visiting my son and daughter-in-law, who are currently living in Europe. This is the longest vacation away from my wonderful hubby and work that I have ever done. My fantastic sister-in-law Marilyn joined me on this adventure to celebrate her retirement from Mortgage Master Service Corporation.
It’s been over 15 years since I’ve been to Italy and I still adore it. I love the history, beauty and of course, the food. What has changed are the addition of tourist that mostly seem to be attached to selfie sticks (street vendors even try to sell them to you) and who are attempting to create a perfect image for their Instagram accounts. And it was very crowded – even in October! If you’re planning a trip to Italy, especially any of the more popular cities, I recommend scheduling tours in order to guarantee access to the historic sites.
Now that I’m back home, I’m catching up with my clients. I’m so fortunate that my manager cared for them while I was away this long!
If you’re considering buying a home or restructuring debt with a refinance, please contact me! I am “home” for the rest of this year and I have completed my required courses to be able to continue to help you with your mortgage needs through 2024.
Ciao!
