2017 Conforming Loan Limits for Washington State

MortgageConforming loan limits are getting their first increase in ten years.

Conforming high balance areas for King, Snohomish and Pierce counties have have higher limits for 2017 as well.

San Juan County’s high balance conforming loan limit is unchanged from 2016.

King County, Snohomish County and Pierce County:

  • One Unit: $592,250
  • Two Unit: $758,200
  • Three Unit: $916,450
  • Four Unit: $1,138,950

San Juan County:

  • One Unit: $483,000
  • Two Unit: $618,300
  • Three Unit: $747,400
  • Four Unit: $928,850

Adams, Asotin, Benton, Chelan, Clallam, Clark, Columbia, Cowlitz, Douglas, Ferry, Franklin, Garfield, Grant, Grays Harbor, Island, Jefferson, Kitsap, Kittatas, Klickitat, Lewis, Mason, Okanogan, Pacific, Pend Oreille, Skagit, Skamania, Spokane, Stevens, Thurston, Wahkiakum, Walla Walla, Whatcom, Whitman and Yakima Counties:

  • One Unit: $424,100
  • Two Unit: $587,400
  • Three Unit: $710,050
  • Four Unit: $882,400
