During business hours, most of my tweets are about my business: the mortgage industry. I may share a rate scenario that I’m quoting at that moment (don’t worry, I never reveal who my clients are) or a unique guideline. Rates quoted are of course, subject to credit approval and may change at anytime.
I also re-tweet information that I feel is interesting and that I want to share with my followers.
I do like to have conversations on Twitter and I’m not always “business”…especially in the evenings or weekends where you might see me tweet what I’m cooking up on our Big Green Egg or what wine we’re enjoying or music we’re playing or perhaps a painting I’m working on.
I’ve been tweeting since 2007 and was actually recognized by Seattle Weeky as the 2009 Seattle’s Best Tweeting Mortgage Broker.
I do not “auto-DM” or auto-anything with social media or do anything spammy.
