    They sound wonderful Rhonda! I’ve learned (the hard way) to alway put baggies (or plastic/rubber gloves) on my hands whenever I work with Jalapenos. Just when I think I’ll be okay and not use them, later I touch my face or my eye, then I curse that I didn’t put baggies on my hands! Take Care!

    I learned the hard way, too, Lisa! We’re having left over poppers right now (we had one batch we didn’t cook yesterday) and they are great. The first one…you don’t feel the heat but the second one…YIKES! 🙂

    I forgot to mention that Poppers should be enjoyed with your favorite ice cold beverage (like beer)…or I found that Tempranillo handles spicy foods well if you prefer wine.
