Income Limits increased for Home Advantage with Down Payment Assistance

Hot off the press! Washington State Housing Finance Commission has just announced that income limits for the Home Advantage program are being increased to $160,000 effective July 2, 2021. Click here for current mortgage rates for your scenario.

WSHFC has also increased income and acquisition limits for the House Key Program.

Washington State Housing Finance Commission offers down payment assistance in conjunction with their first mortgages. Home buyers are required to attend an approved live or online class in order to be eligible for their programs.

Mortgage Master Service Corporation offers WSHFC’s programs for FHA, conventional and VA mortgage loans. Only Loan Officers who have gone through training with WSHFC are allowed to provide their products.

You do not have to be a first time home buyer to qualify.

I’m happy to review your options for buying a home, including reduced down payment scenarios with WSHFC.  Please contact me if I can be of assistance!
