Two Home Buying Seminars Coming Up!

If you are considering buying a home and want to learn more about the process, I invite you to attend one of upcoming seminars I have scheduled. Both classes are sponsored by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission (WSHFC) and attendees are eligible for down payment assistance programs offered through WSHFC.

I’ve just scheduled the following seminars:

• Saturday, September 28, 2013 from 11:45 am – 4:45 pm at the Columbia City Library. My Co-Instructor is Ira Sacharoff of Better Properties Real Estate.  
• Saturday, October 5, 2013 from 11:00 am to 4:30 pm  at Green Lake Library. My Co-Instructor is Jim Reppond of Coldwell Banker Danforth. 

Both classes will have lunch and snacks available… and plenty of learning! So please tell your friends who are thinking about buying a home or who may need down payment assistance. To qualify for WSHFC down payment assistance program, all parties who will be on the mortgage need to participate in one of their approved sponsor courses.
