On Monday evening, I had the extreme pleasure of going to Assaggio Ristorante in Seattle for a dinner I had bought at the Explorer West auction last year. The very charming Proprietor, Mauro Golmarvi, was doing a personal cooking demonstration
for the parents who “bought in”.
