I have some exciting news to share — I’ve been nominated for Best Home Mortgage in the Seattle Times’ 2026 Best in the PNW contest!

Nearly everything I do in this business grows from relationships — clients who come back, friends who send their family members, real estate agents who trust me with their buyers. Being nominated feels like a reflection of all of you.

What’s Next

Voting closed on June 26th, and the response honestly caught me off guard — so many of you came back day after day to cast a vote. Winners will be announced September 20, 2026, and I’ll update this post with the results as soon as they’re official.

A Little Perspective

I’ve been originating home loans in Washington State since 2000, and before that I spent 14 years in title and escrow. The Seattle market has changed enormously over that time, but one thing hasn’t: the clients and colleagues who make this work worth doing.
