Qualify for Investment Property based on Cash Flow – DSCR

DSCR Investment Property Mortgage If you are looking at adding to your real estate investment portfolio, I may have some good news for you! We have a mortgage program that allows investors to qualify for a mortgage based on the property’s cash flow.

DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio) allows investors to qualify for investment property without using their tax returns. Instead of the traditional debt-to-income (DTI) ratio, the qualifying ratio is based on the cash flow of the investment property.

This is available for 1-4 unit investment property or short-term rentals and can be used for purchase, rate-term or cash-out refinances.
