Welcome Findwell Clients

Thank you for considering me to be the professional who will help guide you with the financing of your home.  I have been in the real estate industry since 1986 beginning in the title and escrow industry and became a mortgage originator on April 1, 2000 at Mortgage Master Service Corporation.  I have been a Licensed Mortgage Originator since 2006 (NMLS# MLO121324).

I work for a family owned mortgage company, Mortgage Master Service Corporation (CLA# 40445), that has served Washington State home owners for over 30 years.  Mortgage Master Service Corporation is a correspondent lender which basically means that we have in-house processing, underwriting, we prepare your loan documents and we fund your loan from our credit lines.  This is similar to working with a bank (except most banks have off-site processing and underwriting).   Like a mortgage broker, we have a selection of lenders and banks to select from (including Chase, Wells Fargo and US Bank just to name a few) when choosing who may be your mortgage servicer based on who is offering the most competitive rate or a specific program that suits your needs.

We offer conventional conforming, FHA, VA, USDA and non-conforming mortgage loans (jumbo) as well as 203k rehab loans and Fannie Mae Homepath.  We are a Direct Endorsed HUD approved lender with “in-house” FHA underwriters.  We also have down payment assistance programs available, such as Home Advantage and House Key.

If you have any questions, please ask!  As a mortgage professional, it’s my job to make sure that your mortgage questions are answered throughout the process. With my background in escrow, it’s important to me that your mortgage questions are answered before your signing appointment at closing.

I enjoy working with Findwell clients.  Findwell agents are actively involved with their transactions from start to finish.  I know that when I have a purchase involving Findwell, the buyers will be well cared for.

Should you decide to work with me, please know that I offer quick preapproval letters (once I receive your supporting documentation) which your Findwell agent will use when submitting an offer on your next home.  I also use tools such as video screencast to create videos to review important documents, such as your rate quote or Good Faith Estimate. I am happy to meet with you at Findwell’s office or if you prefer, you can start a pre-application by clicking the “apply” link above.

While you’re here, feel free to tour around my blog, where I’ve been sharing information with consumers about mortgages since 2006.  You can search various topics or use the categories to research different programs.

If you have any questions or to begin the preapproval process, please contact me.
