32 Years Ago Today

My how time goes by when you’re having fun! Thirty-two years ago, I began my career in real estate. My first job was being a “doc-puller” at Safeco Title in Seattle. I really enjoyed being the receptionist for Safeco since I believed that I had more job security…back in those days, employees were quickly hired and laid off depending on what was going on in the real estate industry. This was before title companies used “temps” to fill those types of positions. Eventually I was promoted to work in a title unit. I “retired” from Washington Title Company as a Branch Manager of the Federal Way office in 2000.

On April 1, 2000, I began my career as a Loan Officer for Mortgage Master Service Corporation. I have been helping people purchase and refinance their homes and investment properties for 18 years at Mortgage Master!

I’ve seen a lot over the years and feel fortunate to be a part of this industry. I truly enjoy helping people with one of their most important financial aspects of their life – their mortgage and home. I hope to be doing this for many more years to come!

PS: Yes, that really is Seahawk’s Coach Chuck Knox, I am wearing Kenny Easley’s jersey and yes, I had hair that was big enough to balance out those football shoulder pads! 🙂

PS PS: Yes… I use these old pics quite often for my “anniversary” post… can you blame me? 😉
