WSHFC announces new income limits for down payment assistance programs

The Washington State Housing Finance Commission has announced changes to income limits for some of their down payment assistance programs.

Effective today, January 3, 2014, House Key Seattle and House Key Arch have the following income limits based on size of household:

  • 1 person: $44,750
  • 2 person: $51,150
  • 3 person: $57,550
  • 4 person: $63,900
  • 5 person: $69,050
  • 6 person: $74,150
  • 7 person: $79,250
  • 8 person: $84,350

Effective January 10, 2014, maximum income limits for House Key Schools, House Key Veterans, Home Choice and New Home for You will be:

Island County: $73,000

King County: $88,200

Kitsap County: $74,000

Snohomish County: $88,200

Thurston County: $74,200

All other counties: $71,400

If your household income is above the amounts listed here,  you may not qualify for these down payment assistance programs. Home Advantage offers down payment assistance with an income limit of $97,000 for homes located in Washington State.
